I want to... Use a Template to Make a Schedule

  1. Making great-looking schedules is easy using View2Do’s provided templates. We’ll begin by selecting the green Use a Template tab along the top of the workspace. This will automatically select the Template library on the left hand side of the screen.

  2. In the Template Library, click on the Schedule dropdown menu. All of the available schedule templates will appear in the library window. There are schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly use, some with images, some with only text. Select the desired Template by clicking on it.

  3. The template will appear in the workspace as a preformatted set of editable image and text fields. To add text, double click on one of the text fields. A text box will appear where you can type the desired text. The appearance of the text can be changed using the text-formatting menu at the bottom of the workspace.

  4. To edit the image fields, first browse or search for the desired image in the image library on the left of the screen.
  5. Drag the image into a pink image field in the template, and the image will be resized to fit the template.

  6. To edit the image fields, first browse or search for the desired image in the image library on the left of the screen.

  7. If you’d like to make a change to an image in a template, select the image and then click the Trash button, represented by a trashcan in the top right corner of the workspace.

  8. A popup window will ask you to confirm the deletion before proceeding. You can also change an image by simply dragging a new image on top of an old one, which will replace the old image with the new.

  9. Once you are happy with your schedule, it can be saved, emailed, and printed like any schedule made in View2Do.
