1. While creating documents in the Create Custom Form workspace, it may be helpful to organize your worksheet using the Workspace menu located at the bottom of the screen. Let’s go through the available options in this menu.

  2. When you click the Show Grid button, a pale gray grid will appear on your workspace. You can use this grid to manually line up your text boxes or images.

  3. You can also use the Snap to Grid button, which is directly below the Show Grid Button. Clicking this when you have an object selected will cause it to snap to the nearest grid line. It’s easy to make worksheets where the problems and answers align using this feature.

  4. The last two features in the Workspace menu involve the orientation of the worksheet. Select either the Portrait or Landscape button to assign the orientation you want to your workspace.
