Steps
to Use Desktop MAS

Download Desktop MAS
Click here to download the Desktop MAS
installation file. Once you see the File Download window be sure to click the Save
button to download the file and not the Cancel button as each new account is
allotted just two downloads. We recommend saving the installation file to your desktop.

Install Desktop MAS
When downloaded to the Desktop, the icon for the Desktop MAS installation file, downloaded
in step 1, appears as shown in the image below. Find the MakeASchedule.exe file
you downloaded and double-click it to begin the installation process. Once the installation
process begins, simply accept the default options in each window that appears
and you'll have no problems installing Desktop MAS. (Detailed

3. Start Make A Schedule
If the steps above were successfully completed, you should now find a Make A
Schedule program icon (shown below) on your Desktop. Double-click it and you're
on your way to making schedules. You may also access the program from the Start
Menu by selecting Start > Programs > Do2Learn > Make A Schedule
> Make A Schedule.
Problems and
Questions
If you get a message asking what program you want to use to open the Make-A-Schedule
with when you try to start it, you will need to download Sun Java to run the
program. To do that, Click here (www.java.com/en/index.jsp) to open a browser window to Sun's site.
Look for and click on the Download Now! icon on Sun's download page.
From there just accept the default installation options
in Sun's easy install process. (Detailed

functionality are addressed in the program help files which can
be accessed from the menu bar on the top of the program interface.
