Ownership of code: You agree not to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, disassemble, translate or otherwise alter any executable code, contents or materials made available through our site or products. You understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that Do2Learn, as represented by Virtual Reality Aids, Inc., may pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and the rights of publishers, authors and its other licensers.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property Rights: You acknowledge and agree that all content and services available from the site and programs are the property of Do2Learn and its licensers and suppliers and are protected by copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws, in the United States and internationally. You also agree not to use the site or programs or material generated from the programs for other than the permitted purposes described on the site and games without the express written consent of Do2Learn. Please contact us for individual use permission for special cases.

Use of Content: Do2Learn authorizes you to use the lessons and games and images and view or download copies of the material on the Do2Learn Site and programs solely for your personal, classroom, and noncommercial use. The Content is protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Title to the Content remains with Do2Learn or its licensers. Any use of the Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Content and features are subject to change or termination without notice in the editorial discretion of Do2Learn. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Do2Learn and its licensers. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the Content.

Copying code: If you have purchased a downloaded program, you are only approved to download one copy for each purchase price. Attempts to download multiple copies will be subject to legal action. Copying any company program to CD for distribution to others is strictly forbidden. You are allowed to make one copy for your personal backup and to allow distribution of the program to one other machine which you personally own. This is to allow your child to play the game on a computer that is not connected to the Internet.

Special note to children: If you are under 18, you are not eligible to order from Do2Learn. If you would like to purchase a program, please ask your parent or guardian to order for you.
